Software License
The licensee is granted a non-exclusive, temporally unlimited right to use the software that is the subject of the license. This software may only be used simultaneously by a maximum number of natural persons corresponding to the number of licenses purchased by the licensee. The permitted use includes the installation of the software, loading it into the main memory as well as the intended use by the licensee. The customer may not rent or otherwise sublicense this software, reproduce it (wireless or wired) publicly or make it accessible or make it available to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge.
Personal Licenses
Personal licenses are bound to a natural person and may be installed simultaneously on up to three devices used only by that person.
Network Licenses
Network licenses may also be installed on servers or on devices used by several people. It must be ensured that no more than the licensed number of instances is used simultaneously.
Educational Institutions
Public educational institutions such as schools, technical colleges, universities, ... can purchase Dixiplot at a significantly reduced price!
